Journal writing: My dream vacation

My dream vacation will be going out of the whole universe. I know that may be impossible, but that is my dream vacation. I think that will be super cool. I think that will be a lot better than just go to America or some place else.

I must travel faster than light so it can be possible because the universe is getting bigger and bigger. I don't even know how fast is the edge of the universe moving. I think it will take light 9 trillion years, so I think I need to be 1 trillion times faster than light. Then I just need to wait for 9 years. If I am 3285 trillion times faster than light, it will just take one day. If I can go 4730.4 quadrillion times faster than light, then I just need to wait for 1 minute. This is what am I thinking.

I think there will be lots of fun things. I think the planet there are all dead because there isn't any air out of the universe. I don't know how the universe born. Everybody says there is an explosion, but where was it. When did it explode? We all don't know. I think there will be some museums. I want it to be fun. I want to have a great trip.

(Dad: Actually we know, the universe started by an explosion 13.772 billion years ago. XD)

Do you want to come with me? It will be a super fun and good trip! I recommend to everybody, but you need to wait until we can be faster than light. I am so excited. I love that. I want to go to another dimension. That is so cool. It will be better than what you are thinking.

I want to have a super rocket that can let everybody in the world think that it is the best. The rocket will be super fast. It can even cut a planet. It has a super big planet cutter that can cut a sun or a planet. The rocket will not burn. I think that is the strongest thing in the world. Then I can go out of the universe!

Journal writing: When I grow up

When I grow up, I want to be a super engineer. I think it will be very cool. I want to go into a very good company. I will learn lots of thing about computers. I will learn English, too. I want to have a perfect score on SAT. That is the most important competition in the whole universe. I must get a very good score. You need to pay 50 USD, and you can add some things.

I think I will work at an office with some AC opening if I can go to a good company. I think I need to learn some very hard things about computer. I think I need to read lot of books about computer. I think it is very hard to learn, but I must learn. I can go to company that programs like Google or company that make computers like Acer. I think they are both good.

I don't really want to be a doctor because I need to learn lots of things about human's body. I think I need to learn for maybe more than 10 years. I think doctors are busy, but they are paid well. I don't know which one should I be. I think they both are good. I want you guys to tell me.

When I grow up, I want to be wealthy and always go back to Taiwan. I love my mom, dad, and my sister. They are the best. They teach me lots of things. They want me to be smart and get a very good job.

When I grow up, I also want to be very famous. I think being famous is very important. You need to let lots of people know you, so the company will want you to help them be famous.

I think today I felt happy because today I told everybody about that I want to be an engineer when I grow up. I like to write journals. There will be lots of journals in the future. See you in next blog. Goodbye!

Journal writing: My favorite subject

My favorite subjects are computer and English because I think computer is the smartest thing in the whole universe. We can control it easily, and it can answer every questions. Even a super hard question that human can't calculate like 3/6.47474*(677776/8882)+(766/88888)=? Can you tell me the answer without computers or calculators? I think that is maybe impossible.

I like to use Scratch or Tynker to tell computers to do things. When you are programming, there will be some bugs, so you need to fix that. I think that is not a very easy thing to do because you need to find where is the problem. I think that is fun. 

You can search things that you don't know. Google is very smart. If you want to watch some videos, you can open YouTube and watch lots of videos. If you want to talk to your friend, you don't need to use telephone. Open Facebook or Twitter! If you want to play new games, open App Store and choose the game that you want to play. If you want to know a lot about the world, open Google Map!

I think computers can do everything you want. If you want to learn other languages. You can use Google Translate to help you. It can translate every languages to every languages. Do you think that is amazing?

I think English is also a very good subject because most of the people in the world uses English. Almost every countries can speak English. If you want to go to United States, United Kingdom, or Singapore to have a job, you need to know a lot about English, but if you want to go to Japan, you need to know a lot about Japanese. This is why I think Google Translate is important.

I think today I felt happy because today I wrote a Journal. I think it is pretty good. There are lots of words. I don't want to count. See you in next blog. Goodbye!

葛瑞的囧日記2 老哥你很煩 Part 1

大家好！我是 Yu，今天我要跟大家介紹一本，書名叫「葛瑞的囧日記2 老哥你很煩」，我覺得這一本書很厚，也非常多字，這本是我有史以來讀過最多字的書，我非常有成就感，我覺得很感動，因為我很少讀那麼多字的書，我喜歡這一本書，我已經讀完第 2 到 4 集了，我現在正在讀第 1 集，我覺得葛瑞都一直被羅德里克和曼尼欺負，我很難過，葛瑞真的很可憐，我想要幫他。

我覺得羅德里克都把責任推給葛瑞，曼尼都可以隨便亂舉報葛瑞，但是這一些都是以後的事情，在影片中，你可以知道葛瑞其實一點也不喜歡游泳，他每次都這樣，他沒有喜歡的科目，他只喜歡打電動，我不知道為什麼他不喜歡上課，羅德里克也會說謊，他說要去上廁所，結果是不想要幫忙。

Netflix 《愛x死x機器人：魚夜》學習單 / Yu

1. 魚夜 Fish Night，是部很不錯的 Netflix 原創動畫，只有 10 分鐘，很適合反覆觀看，並仔細推敲每句話，跟其他對話或情節，所呼應出的意義。例如：兒子覺得「有態度就什麼都賣得出去」，反應了他的天真，也呼應了之後不顧危險游上去而被吃掉。請你根據我們看電影時所做的討論，以及你自己的思考，再舉出兩個前後呼應的例子，證明這部卡通的對白跟情節，真的設計的不錯。


一開始有大魚吃小魚的狀況，這呼應到了後面笨小孩被殺魚吃掉了的狀況。

他們只剩一瓶水，所以缺水，可能之後的海底情節其實是幻覺。


2. 這部動畫，運用了不同的畫風，去表達不同的情境，也暗示不同的真實度。所用的視覺語言，包括顏色的鮮豔程度、透明度、立體感等等。請用電腦版的 Netflix，抓兩張圖，並說明他們的畫風哪裡不同，又代表怎樣的意義？


這一張左下角的小山丘的線條比較粗，車子的立體感也很高，他畫得很真實，陽光很大的時候就真的是像這樣子，這表示他們在真實世界。

這一張圖左邊的兒子已經有一點透明了，這表示他已經不在真實世界了，他已經被魚變成鬼魂了。

3. 短短的 10 分鐘，這部動畫的兩個角色，個性刻畫非常清楚。請分別分析爸爸跟兒子的個性，並舉他們所說的話或做的事，作為支持。最後，分析爸爸跟兒子的關係。

爸爸的個性：比較謹慎，比較不喜歡碰運氣，喜歡用科學知識分析事情。

兒子的個性：比較天真，喜歡碰運氣（骰子），但是比較不顧危險。

爸爸跟兒子的關係：他們的關係很好，但是有時候會吵架，就算在吵架，也只是笑一笑而已。


4. 這部動畫，有點讓人搞不清楚真假，有真實的部分，但也有像是假的、夢幻的部分。但好的作品就是這樣，能夠有非常多的解釋角度。請介紹你看完這部戲之後的心得，越詳細、越有趣、越有創意越好！能有證據支持你獨特的觀點，甚至配上圖，或你最喜歡的一幕的介紹，就更棒了！


我覺得他是渴死的，那一切都只是幻覺，爸爸說人缺水的時候會有幻覺，而且兒子還想將酒倒進水箱裡，因為他們附近的水就只有那一瓶，所以我覺得是真的。

Minecraft: Playing my sister's Parkour

Hi! Everybody. My name is Yu, and today I want to tell everybody about that today I played Minecraft with my sister, and we are playing my sister's Parkour. I think that is not easy at all, but you can find some faster ways to play. There is a very short way. I love it. I like to use the faster way. The Parkour is very big, so it is not hard to find a closer way.

I think Scaffolding are very useful. They can use to build Parkour. Ladder is also very useful. I think they are both good thing for very hard Parkour areas. I think my sister's Parkour is not easy, because it is very big, and I don't know which way is right. That is very hard.

I think today I felt happy because today I played Minecraft with my sister. I think that is
